In this policy, the words “Lecter”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” all refer to Lecter Ltd & Lecter Associates Ltd and the employees employed by the company/companies.

Lecter takes your privacy seriously. By using Lecter’s services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”).

What Does This Policy Cover?

This Policy covers how Lecter treats personal information that Lecter collects and/or receives via, the contact form on the Lecter website (www.lecter.co.uk/contact), emails directly or indirectly received to any email address belonging to the Lecter domain (lecter.co.uk), text messages and phone calls received by a phone number owned by Lecter. This includes information related to your use of Lecter services, and information about you that is personally identifiable – such as your name, address, email address, IP address and phone number.

Lecter is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of companies that are not affiliated with Lecter.

When making contact and working with Lecter, we keep “personally identifiable information,” “personal information,” or “personal data.” All these terms refer to information that specifically relates to or identifies a particular individual. If Lecter is acquired by or merged with another company, the terms of this Policy shall continue to apply. The successor entity to Lecter will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Information Retention Policy

Except when we believe we are required to retain your personal information by law, we will only retain your personal information for two years after you have ceased to contact Lecter. However, we may not know if you have stopped using our services so we encourage you to contact us if you no longer require us to retain your information.

We may retain information that is encrypted or otherwise not personally identifiable for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.

Your Rights

If we change or delete your personal data or if you decline to share certain personal data with us, we may not be able to provide to you the service or same level of service that we provide others.

Lecter features security measures including SSL encryption to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information placed under our control. Lecter limits internal access to your personal information to employees who we reasonably believe require this information in order to do their jobs or to provide products and services to you. We use reasonable and appropriate measures to help protect the integrity and security of personal information that we collect and maintain. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Lecter may notify all customers, suppliers and clients from whom data is stored, if required by
